I walked downtown to watch the 4th of July parade. It was cool and cloudy for the parade, later it got cooler and sprinkled a bit during the fireworks. They don't wait for dark to do their fireworks here, that will be in August sometime.
Its not a big parade, there is the start up the street. I'm half way down the route. It was all of 4 blocks long.
